Payment is made securely, by card or SEPA transfer, and goods are handed over by shipping only. Here is exactly how it works.
1. You order
You validate your basket and choose your payment method. The item is immediately withdrawn from sale and reserved in your name.
2. You pay
By card: you are redirected to Stripe's secure page, where you enter your card details and complete the 3-D Secure authentication requested by your bank. Your card details never pass through our servers. The order is confirmed immediately. Payment is collected by Studio Zik, the company that owns StudioZik: it appears on your statement as STUDIOZIK.
By SEPA transfer: once your order has been checked, we email you our IBAN — it is never displayed on the website. You then have 5 business days to issue the transfer, quoting your order reference in the description. The account holder is Studio Zik. Only an email from an @studiozik.com address is authentic: never transfer to bank details received through any other channel.
3. We pack
As soon as payment is confirmed — instantly for a card, within 1 to 3 business days for a transfer — we pack the parcel and send you the tracking number.
4. You receive
The parcel is foam-braced, insured to its invoiced value and tracked. On delivery, check the state of the packaging in front of the carrier and record precise reservations if there is visible damage.

Shipping is calculated from the actual boxed weight shown on each product page. No surcharge is claimed after the order.
