Which payment methods do you accept?
Two secure methods, chosen at checkout: card payment (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay) with 3-D Secure strong authentication, processed by Stripe — your card details never pass through our servers — and SEPA bank transfer if you prefer to pay from your own bank. Card payment confirms the order immediately; a transfer keeps the item reserved for 5 business days. No cheques, no cash, no cryptocurrency.
How long do I have to make the transfer?
This applies to bank transfers only — an order paid by card is confirmed immediately. You have 5 business days from order confirmation. During that window the item is reserved and withdrawn from sale. If the transfer has not arrived by then, the order is automatically cancelled and the item returns to the catalogue. A reminder email is sent on day 3.
Can I collect my gear in person?
No. StudioZik operates by shipping only. Our workshops are not open to the public: they are technical testing and packing facilities, not a shop. Every unit is packed, insured and tracked to your door. This policy admits no exception.
Is the stated weight that of the product alone?
Every listing states two distinct weights: the net weight of the unit and the actual boxed weight, measured on a scale with carton, foam bracing and accessories. That second figure is what shipping is calculated from, so no surcharge is ever claimed after ordering.
