Description
This strip brings together the modules that made API famous: the 512c preamp, the three-band 550A equaliser and the 527 compressor. It is the complete recording chain of American studios in a single 3U rack, with the original transformers and discrete 2520 op-amps.
This unit has been bench-tested function by function by a technician in our workshop: every function works, which is why its functional condition is rated 10/10. It is in excellent cosmetic condition — the photographs show the exact item you will receive. Cleaned, firmware updated, weighed with its packaging and shipped in a reinforced carton with foam bracing.
